Chili Corn Mac

1/2 to 3/4 pound ground beef
4 1/2 cups egg noodles or 12 ounces other pasta
1-15 1/4 ounces can creamed corn
Water
1-15 1/2 ounces can kidney or pinto beans
1-14 1/2 ounces can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoon chili seasoning mix
Cheese (if desired; omit if your diet is dairy-free or use safe cheese)

Cook pasta in a pot; according to the directions on the package, drain.

Brown ground beef in large frying pan.  Add chili seasoning and some water to the
meat and simmer until meat soaks the water up.  Add corn, beans and tomatoes to
meat mixture.  Pour pasta in large pan and stir.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if
desired (if your diet is not dairy-free).
