Airplane - Fly like an airplane.
Arm Circles - Do arm circles.

B
Balance - Balance on one leg. Walk across the room and balance a bean bag, book, etc. on your head.
Balloon Toss
Hot Balloon
Bean Bag Toss - Toss it through a hole or to someone else.
Bowl - Using bowling pins or plastic bottles, bowl.

C
Catch - Catch a ball, bean bag, etc.
Circles - Make circles with your arms, fingers, or feet.
Crab Walk - Sit on your bottom. Place your hands behind you, bend your knees, and walk like a crab.
Crawl - Crawl to an object and pick up ... and crawl back to the object and place it into the container. (This can be made into a relay race.)

Dance - Dance to music.

    Ring Around the Rosie Play this game.

    London Bridge Is Falling Down

H
Hop - Hop on one leg across the room.
Musical Hula Hoops - Hop hoop to hoop as music is played. You can remove a hoop after the music stops playing and have the children share their hoops.

Walk inside a string (made into a circle) or a hula hoop.

Jiggle?
Jump
Jump up and down.
Jump n' Jacks
Carpet Jump - Jump from one carpet color to another (while music is played).

Kangaroo Hop - Hop like a kangaroo carrying a kangaroo.

Have the children march in a line, a circle, around the house or classroom. Have them count as they march.
You can have them march to The Love of the Three Oranges: March @ midiworld by Sergei Prokofiev.
Move Move (in any way) to music.

O
Open - Throw a ball, bean bag, etc. through an open hole.
Over - Place a rope on the ground. Jump over it.
Act out the nursery rhyme, Jack Be Nimble.

P
Pass a ball, bean bag, or other object the the person next to you.

Q
Quick - Run, walk, walk on your tip toes, hop, jump, or skip quickly.

R
Ring Around the Rosie Play this game.
    Ring Around the Rosie or a modern version of Ring Around the Rosies @ NIEHS
Ring Toss - Play horseshoe.
Roll - Roll on the floor across the room or roll a ball or balloon to your partner.
Run - Run around.

Shake - Shake your body.

Shadow Tag - This game is played in the sun. Have one child walking and the older child tagging after the child's shadow. When they catch the other child's shadow, have them say, "You're it!".
Skip -
    Skip to My Lou
    Skip to music.
Spin - Spin a bottle, coin, etc.
Stretch - Do some stretching exercises.

Throw - Throw a ball.
Tippy Toes - Listen to music and walk on your tippy toes.
Toss - Toss a ball or bean bag to someone or into a box, container, etc.

U
Jump Up and Down
Under - Have two people hold a rope. Walk under it.

W
Walk - Walk fast, slow. Walk along a piece of tape, taped to the floor or outside. (You can do it to music.)

Y
Yo-yo - Play with a yo-yo.

Z
Zig-zag - Walk, run, etc. in zigzags across the room or outside.
